Mega Savers Australia COVID-19 Update

We know our customers depend on us and are finding it difficult to find their favourite products in stores, especially in times like these. As Australians and people all over the world continue to be affected by the COVID19 pandemic, we are providing ongoing support to our customers with great importance.


Operations

We are still open and operating as normal, there is currently no disruption to our services. We have temporarily increased our trading hours and are now open on Mondays to ensure our customers can come instore or receive their orders via freight asap.


Shipping delays

Our freight partners including Australia Post are still delivering however there are some delivery delays and service impacts due to Covid-19. With an influx in online shopping, we are seeing an increase in orders being placed which is resulting in delays. Our despatch timeframes still remain the same however delays with our carriers may mean your items may take a little longer than usual to arrive.


Pick up/ Instore Shopping

We have decided to continue to trade as normal for our customers wishing to come in and shop instore or pick up their online ordered items. However, we have made minor adjustments to the number of customers able to shop instore at a time. (Please see store signage when entering).
