This policy only applies to faulty or damaged Goods. In the event that the customer has changed their mind or is not satisfied, exchange only will be available.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the Goods for fault and notifying us within 24hrs of receiving the Goods should there be a fault.
The item must be returned to Mega Savers Australia at the expense of the customer. Upon inspection by Mega Savers Australia that the Good is faulty or damaged, the customer will be given the option to either firstly exchange the Good, receive a store credit or receive a refund less any associated shipping and handling charges.
Mega Savers Australia will issue a full refund including shipping costs for goods with major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.
Mega Savers Australia will not provide a refund or replace a Good that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all instructions and advice or warnings given by the manufacturer are followed. All original packaging must be returned with the Good when returned.
If the Good is damaged it may be exchanged for the same Good in store within 48hrs of receiving the Goods. Otherwise return shipping must be arranged by the customer at the expense of the customer. Delivery time will be the same as the original purchased Good.
Store credit is available in store or through an online gift voucher.
Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment for purchase as cash. Cash refunds are only available in store.
All Paypal purchases will be refunded back to the original account that Goods were purchased through. In the event that the acount is not available, Mega Savers Australia will issue a store credit in the form of an online gift voucher.
